The power of taking a Coach Approach in leadership is the ability to unlock the potential in others. Believing that the person in front of you is fully capable, then using a coach's mindset and skills to help them realize it for themselves.

Coach Approach leaders are wildly effective because they do not focus their energy on the results over the people. Rather, majority of their energy is spent fueling meaningful connections with the individuals on their teams. 

They make sure every person on their team consistently feels seen, heard and valued. 

In turn, engagement, creativity and performance increases while the team culture strengthens and results follow.
